This platform is owned, developed and maintained by NOBUNK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereafter "NOBUNK TECHNOLOGIES"). By accessing or using the Live Course Marketplace (LCM), you acknowledge that all services, content, and functionalities are provided by NOBUNK TECHNOLOGIES. Any reference to "we," "us," or "our" within these Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on this platform pertains exclusively to NOBUNK TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and its authorized representatives.
By registering, accessing, or using LCM, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of the platform immediately.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized access or breach of security should be reported immediately.
Instructors must ensure their content is original and does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights. Courses must comply with LCM's quality standards and policies.
Learners agree to use courses for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or reproduction of course content is strictly prohibited.
Payment for courses must be made through LCM's secure payment gateways.
Initial Satisfaction Period: If a student is not satisfied with the course, they may request a full refund within the first four (4) classes. To qualify for this refund, the request must be submitted in writing to [support@lcmgo.com] clearly stating the reason for dissatisfaction.
Instructor Discontinuation: In the event that an instructor discontinues teaching the course before its completion, students will be entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining uncompleted portion of the course. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of remaining classes that will not be delivered.
Instructors retain ownership of their content but grant LCM a non-exclusive license to distribute and market their courses.
Users must not post offensive, illegal, or harmful content, misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, or engage in harassment, hate speech, or unethical conduct.
LCM reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice.
LCM provides services "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
LCM is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
LCM may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
