Welcome to LCM! As an instructor, you play a vital role in creating and sharing knowledge. Before using our services, please review the following terms and conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities as a contributor to our platform.


  • 1. Instructor Obligations

    You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself, including your qualifications and expertise.


  • 2. Course Content

    You are responsible for maintaining the quality of your course. Content should not include any offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material. The platform reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms.


  • 3. Revenue and Payments

    Revenue-sharing arrangements, commission percentages, and payout schedules are detailed in the platform's pricing policies. Payments will be processed to your designated account on the scheduled dates, subject to successful completion of the course sale.


  • 4. Ownership and Licensing

    You retain ownership of the course content you create.


  • 5. Code of Conduct

    Instructors are expected to interact with learners respectfully and professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination.


  • 6. Privacy and Data Protection

    You must not misuse any personal information shared by learners. All communication must remain professional and relevant to the course.


  • 7. Account Termination

    Instructors may terminate their accounts at any time by providing written notice. However, obligations related to previously sold courses remain in effect. The platform reserves the right to terminate instructor accounts for violations of these terms.


  • 8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, actions, or breach of these terms.


  • 9. 4-Class Money Back Guarantee

    Under this program learners are free to withdraw from your course anytime within first four classes, if they don't like. In this case they will be given full refund and you won't receive the money for that learner.


  • 10. Course Abandonment Protection.

    If the faculty stops conducting classes without proper communication to the learners, then the learners will get back the remaining amount. Teachers are paid monthly. Suppose a course is of 6 months priced at 6000 per student. 100 students enroll in it. So total revenue is 600000. Now this amount would be distributed across 6 month duration. Instructor would be paid 1 lakh(minus the commission) per month. If after 2 months instructor stops teaching then the remaining amount of 4 month would not be given to instructor, instead it would be refunded back to learners. This policy is made to instill trust in students.


  • 11. 20% referral discounts

    We offer upto 20% off on the course prices to learners. They can use their wallet balance which they earned by referring people to our platform. This is meant to promote the platform. So price your courses accordignly. If you set 10000 for a course then the selling price can range between 8000 and 10000.


  • 12. Modification of Terms

    The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Instructors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
