At LCM, we value your learning experience and are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and granted.
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Initial Satisfaction Period: If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within the first four (4) classes. To qualify for this refund, your request must be submitted in writing to support@lcmgo.com clearly stating the reason for dissatisfaction.
Instructor Discontinuation:In the event that an instructor discontinues teaching the course before its completion,students will be entitled to a prorated refund for the remaining uncompleted portion of the course. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of remaining classes that will not be delivered.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@lcmgo.com. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
